Chris and his dream team transformed our 80's DATED tub/shower combo into a stunning walk-in steam shower. What we thought would be a pretty straightforward conversion did end up having a couple twisty turns, complements of supply issues related to COVID and a tiny room being opened up after decades had passed. What I really appreciate about Chris is his ability to pivot when unexpected things arise and take care them without adding stress to the homeowner. Additionally, Chris and our project lead, Esai, were great about communicating with us. They respected our space and the fact that work and homeschooling were going on in other areas of the house. For example, if they had to turn the water or power off to complete a task, we always knew in advance and were asked if the timing was ok. Tarps were hung and floors were covered each day to protect our belongings. It's the little things like this that really helped make us feel valued as clients. Lots of companies can get a job done, but Chris and team really strived to ensure we were part of the process, when we needed to be, and treated us like they'd want to be treated and our home/property with care. This mantra really help alleviate a lot of the anxiety I had about doing a project like this. Chris also has a real eye for design. He made a few suggestions that we ended up implementing, which made the space even more interesting, like a lighted soap box and eliminating the original step down feature into the room. Things flow so much better now!
The end result was a beautiful transformation! We went from an ugly, non-functional shower/tub to a sleek modern spa-like shower space. We are thrilled with the results!
